The worst ever!!

Liked:Nothing much I like it...

Disliked:Our stay was quite disappointing. The owner lacks the professionalism required to manage a hospitality property. We visited Malapascua specifically to dive, which requires waking up at 4:30 a.m. However, the owner held private karaoke parties without any consideration for his guests' comfort. To make matters worse, there are about six dogs kept in the garden that bark all night long, making it impossible to rest. When we raised these issues, the owner immediately told us to leave and that he would process a refund through Booking.com. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel owner to suggest that paying guests leave simply for asking for a reasonable environment.

We enjoyed the stay here

Liked:-Very nice and quick response owner, always ready to help -Clean lady is also very helpful -Bed and pillow are very comfortable -AC works very well -Big room, a lot of space -Clean room

Disliked:-We saw a cockroach in the bathroom -The shower head and faucet are dirty and need to be changed -The 2nd last day of our stay, there were a lot of dirty water and black things coming out of the shower head and faucet which we ended up not having shower the last two days. -The sewer system has bad smell which makes the bathroom smells bad. But as long as we close the bathroom door, the smell doesn’t come into the bedroom.
