Excellent located apartment

Liked:Nice Apartment, good equipped, nice balcony wih space to sit there and have a morning coffee. Excellent location , close to Centro historico, 200 m, but not in this busy quarter with all the tourists. This is a big advantage ! - Quite separate sleeping room.

Disliked:TV and Internet did not work the first 4 days. We had than to wait for a technician that resolved it. One evening the electricity was gone, we needed to call the manager to get instructions what to.do. Door of sleeping room was't closable. So besides in general the room was good located in the back and quite, my husband found it a bit loud if door of balcony was open, as in front there is snack bar where owners talk loadly on the street until 7 h in the morning. With closed balcony doors not problem.

poor experience

Liked:Location is quite ok, close to city center. Working AC. Kitchenette with basic equipment needed for few nights stay.

Disliked:The stay was booked for four person, but the apartment was prepared only for two - only one duvet one bedsheet, two pillows etc. It took almost two days to hear back from the host. Then got just a bedsheet, one pillow and few towels for the last night. It means all three nights without duvet! No more answers when asked for partial refund. WiFi should be available, but no information with WiFi name and password. The sofa is definitely not suitable for sleeping, especially not for adults. It is quite small and fairly uncomfortable. The sofa is not really clean. Balcony doors cannot be properly closed and latched, so it causes a bit of draft.

Liked:The apartment is very close to the center, spacious and modernly equipped. Upon arrival, we had coffee, tea, honey, salt and dish detergent available, which is definitely a positive thing. The bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable, the room is beautiful and spacious. A small terrace where you can sit and drink coffee is also an advantage.

Disliked:Mostly everything was clean and tidy, except that the sofa in the living room was visibly dirty. We avoided sitting on it. Also, the Wi-Fi code was not visibly written anywhere in the apartment, so upon arrival we contacted the owners via e-mail and text messages, but they only answered us the next day after we wrote the message in Spanish. That's why we give it a lower rating than 10.
