Disliked:The business name was not on the front of the building, and the name is Aqua Apartments Malaga. When we arrived at the front of the building, call the owner and the number is wrong. How can people run the business with the wrong phone number and difference businses name?

Good location and that’s it

Disliked:There was lots of cockroaches, mould in the shower and just generally not very clean on arrival

Terrible experience

Disliked:Noise in the apartment from the stairs was very loud. people were partying all night in other apts and it was impossible to sleep. we paid for 4 nights but only stayed 2 and had to move to a hotel. they would not give us any refund

Liked:We booked this apartment and felt relieved to have our accommodation sorted, only for the owner to message us shortly after saying they could no longer host us. I requested a full refund, but a week later, the owner still hadn't returned our money. We are now working with Booking.com to recover the funds. When I contacted the owner to give us a full refund, the owner wrote that they wrote to Booking, but Booking said they haven't received any message from the owners. Now still waiting for our money back, after 1 week.
