Disliked:Our stay at this particular hotel was not what we expected. There were some negative reviews that I should have taken into consideration. First of all, the most difficult situation for us was that my daughters forgot their jackets in the room. We had already checked out when we realized this later that afternoon. Since our flight was in the evening, we asked the reception whether the cleaning staff had found anything. The person at the reception told us that they had not found anything and showed us a very untidy area behind the reception desk, saying that this was where lost items were kept. However, our jackets were not there. We told him that we were absolutely certain that the jackets had been left in the room and that, if they were not there, the room cleaners must have taken or stolen them. We were leaving within an hour, yet he showed no intention of helping us, even though we explained that we needed the jackets for our next trip. Eventually, after sending a strong and firm message to both the hotel and Booking.com, we were told the following day that the jackets had been found. Be very careful — this hotel is not trustworthy! The positive reviews are misleading! It is also very expensive. There is absolutely no soundproofing, and some of the rooms do not even have windows.
