When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 8 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note, pets are not allowed to stay in the common areas or on the San Telmo Terrace bar located on the rooftop of the building (Closed Monday and Tuesday). Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Access codes will be active within this time window. Access instructions and codes will only be sent once payment has been confirmed and guest registration has been completed. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
