It was a lovely stay, but unfortunate that the pool was not open. We booked the is stay especially for the pool.

Liked:Staff were helpful and friendly. Spacious. The room was nice, they had enough pillows. Reception can book taxis and they’re good priced.

Disliked:When booking on here, it did not state that the pool is only open on weekends. There were a number of guests who did not know this. So it was clear that this was not advertised.

Liked:Friendly staff at reception, a cosy room (the furniture isn’t new, but it’s perfectly fine), an excellent new spa, a decent breakfast and convenient underground parking. The perfect place for a few days’ break. We were pleasantly surprised by the little gift for our small dog.

Disliked:The bed was fine, but the mattress could have been a bit better.
