Liked:The resort was absolutely beautiful and one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. It was our first time in Phuket, and we truly loved the resort. We had an amazing experience and hope to come back again

Disliked:There were not many food options for children. It would be great to have more variety and kid-friendly choices.

Liked:The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff. They were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, doing their best despite the hotel’s poor condition.

Disliked:The hotel has declined significantly in quality and is in urgent need of a complete renovation. There is an unpleasant odor coming from stagnant water beneath the parquet flooring. The breakfast arrangement was also disappointing. We had booked a buffet breakfast, but it was changed to room service without any prior notice or agreement.

Important Information

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that credit card must be presented upon check-in. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025 is mandatory for all guests staying overnight on this date. The supplementary charges at THB 15,000 per an adult and THB 7,500 per a child. Rates are inclusive of 17.7% tax and service charge. Ajour Bar will be reopen by 20th December 2025. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
