Liked:First of all, the host and caretaker are doing a great job and genuinely want to facilitate and help provide an optimal stay.The caretaker and staff worked in the garden every day, cleaned the villa, and brought fresh fruit. The villa has a water dispenser with fresh, clean water available at all times.The villa also has a washing machine, which enabled us to wash all our clothes before the last part of our holiday.When we arrived, there was also some food and drinks in the fridge. There is a cosy supermarket next door with most of what we needed, which was very convenient.We also bought bus tickets there, which made it easy and inexpensive to visit other beaches and places on Mahé.We stayed for four nights, and the caretaker helped us book a taxi when we left.

A truly delightful stay—thoughtful hospitality, spotless comfort, and home like feeling.

Liked:Villa Elodia exceeded all expectations with its warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Even though it's self-catering, the fridge was always topped up with fresh fruit, which made us feel truly pampered. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Maryanne, who kept the house spotless throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and friendly presence made a big difference. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere.

Disliked:There was a bit of street noise at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Outstanding stay in paradise

Liked:Our stay was absolutely perfect. All aspects surpassed our expectations. The owner is a very kind man with beneficial approach, his hospitality and professionalism are on a very high level. The housekeeper is living next to the villa and she is willing to help you during whole day. Welcome package included fruit from own orchard (located behind the villa) and a selection of local groceries. During our stay we received several times coconuts and other local fruits, it was very kind. All equipment of the villa was fully operational. Next to the villa there is a local grocery shop with all necessery goods. To hire a car is not necessary but recommended if you want to see more locations on the island. Parking is available at the villa for free. Our decision for Villa Elodia was a perfect choice.
