Liked:Nothing wow really much less that expected and below a Disney destination

Disliked:Staff very rude and very unhelpful; flies and mosquitoes in the room in the corridors everywhere; hygiene so lowwww ; breakfast buffet useless and not acceptable in a hotel like that

Liked:The theming was okay, though on closer inspection it felt dated and didn't really add much to the stay.

Disliked:Shower pressure was terrible, I wouldn't stay here if you plan to have a decent wash, it was like having to use a small leak. Stains in the carpet. Being told our room wasn't ready at 2:50 but 5 minutes later it's magically ready, it seemed more like the person checking us in just didn't want to release the room earlier. Having to pay for parking on an already overpriced room, the only benefit this hotel has was being close to the parks. The pool im not sure you could class as heated as it was still pretty cold. The shop didn't open until 4pm and the guy was regularly on a break.

Liked:I almost cancelled this booking as I had read some of the negative reviews about noise at night and the breakfast being poor. I'm glad I didn't cancel. Yes, there is noise in the corridors at night, but now I understand that Disneyland has light shows that end after 11pm so lots of people are getting back to the hotels late. This means there would be noise anywhere you stay. Regarding breakfast - if you arrive at 7am there is a plentiful spread. If you arrive at 10, there is very little food left. The pool was also really nice - despite the comments. It was clean and did have seating around it. I was really pleased with our stay.

Disliked:Keeping breakfast stocked until it ends at 11 seems fair. If you advertise breakfast from 7-11 there should be enough food for guests during that time period.
