The food in the restaurants was first class. Location was excellent. Staff were excellent.

Liked:Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Eggs made to order. Staff are lovely.

Disliked:The indoor pool area. It was raining whilst we were there and so the indoor pool became a fairly important space. Needs more seating. We could see that there wan't much more room for the beds, but lots of room for tables and chairs. People were sitting on the floor.

Nice stay, would return

Liked:The hotel is very nice, clean, comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids are very active and my daughter loved it. They even gave her a gift when we left, amazing.

Disliked:The inside pool is very small for the size of the hotel. There was no staff monitoring the inside pool, which meant that kids were playing with balls without any respect (because the parents were not polite either). The outside pool had a lifeguard but he also did not intervene. On multiple occasions people were getting hit which led to uncomfortable situations. While this is a beach hotel, it is also not a entry hotel, so a certain level of control is expected.
