Worst accommodation of our trip.

Liked:Bed was comfortable. Location across from Alcazar gardens park was nice.

Disliked:Air conditioner froze us the first night and could not be adjusted. Had to shut it off for the second night and woke up in a stifling sweat that forced us to open the windows, letting in street noise. Also suspect we may have caught a really bad gastrointestinal bug there (no proof) that hit us on the flight home. Interior appeared not quite finished with shower that did not drain dry even the next day and lamps with cords that could not reach the outlets. Instructions to access the unit were not very clear which created some anxiety during our late arrival.

Liked:The location was fantastic, central and on a bustling street but still quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The room was spacious, bathroom was spotless clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff at the reception were always accommodating and positive, letting me check in a bit early.

Disliked:There was only one elevator and it wasn't working efficiently (it was incredibly slow and it even broke down one time just when I completed my check-in, forcing me to walk up the stairs with my luggage). No minibar in the room. Very limited desk area largely occupied by the coffee machine.
