Won’t recommend this place

Liked:Liked the location. It was close the museums.

Disliked:Out of my 3 day stay at the property they did not have running water on one of them. Did not like how stuff was unbothered by how inconvenient it was for the guests especially when you have a schedule.

A stylish, well-located hotel with great comfort and its own atmosphere

Liked:The Radisson RED Madrid has an excellent location, within easy reach of Atocha (fast train) station and the major museums, with public transport just around the corner. The hotel itself has a striking design, with a bold red, art-inspired theme that carries through the rooms, lobby, and bar. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and staff (esp. Wojtek) were consistently friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Breakfast felt quite expensive compared to nearby options, especially given the number of cafés and bars just outside the hotel offering more affordable (local) alternatives, we choose the latter at the start of our walks into the centre proper.

Disliked:We booked two rooms for 3 nights and the air condition in one of the rooms wasn’t working well and not fixed after we notified the concierge. Another room, the water was orange/reddish color until after turning it on for 10 mins as if the room was not put into use lately.
