Hotel, good location. Madrid, great destination.

Liked:Good location. Great staff. Very helpful.

Disliked:Our room was on the side of the building by a pedestrian walkway. Very noisy at night. Roof top bar was a QR code. Not chargeable to the room. More sunbeds and less chairs considering it was a real skybar.

Liked:Everything was amazing! The room was incredible and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping provided every day, and the terrace was incredibly spacious. The pool was perfect for relaxing, while the restaurant felt very cozy and intimate. The central location made all the difference for us: all the shops are nearby and Opera metro station is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back!

Great stay and will definitely be coming back.

Liked:The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was the best. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned exceptionally.

Disliked:The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice for cooked food. The sky bar was expensive it was also brought up from the bar downstairs and not actually a bar by the pool which we thought there was. Didn’t like the open plan shower in the room. No privacy.
