Absolutely terrible experience.

Disliked:Absolutely terrible experience. The listing is extremely misleading. There are many photos published on Booking, but they do not clearly show which exact room or apartment you are actually booking. You can arrive expecting what you saw in the photos and be given a completely different unit. That is exactly what happened to me. What I received was not what I believed I had booked based on the listing, and the situation was unacceptable enough that I had to leave the property and find another hotel at my own expense. Even worse, Booking.com was completely useless in resolving the situation. I contacted them for assistance, but I never received any meaningful support or solution. I had to pay for another hotel and still received absolutely no refund. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. Between the misleading presentation of the property, having to leave and pay for another hotel, and Booking.com failing to provide any real assistance, I would strongly advise other travelers to be extremely careful before booking Loft del Sol. Do not rely on the photos. Ask for written confirmation and exact photos of the specific unit you will actually receive before paying.

Good apartment for short term stays .

Liked:Location was great and a little more quieter than the other place we stayed.
