A three-night stay in August

Liked:The clean room and helpful staff made for a pleasant stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Disliked:The location is somewhat distant from the main attractions. The travel time between the hotel and the centre is approximately 40 minutes by metro and the airport is about an hour away.

Awful racist place

Liked:Nothing racist people unhelpful specially because I travelled with my young children

Disliked:Didn’t like anything about this hotel the staff were not friendly and racist only the cleaners were okay. Toilet door kept locking inside the room - very unsafe when you have young children! The hotels stinks. Loads of funny rules they was creating at the pool side like no food no water from the rooms umbrellas can’t be opened when we asked. I travel a lot and this was by far one of the worst places. They had the turkey ham and pork ham signs swapped the wrong way at breakfast and when told they didn’t even apologise for the mistake. as a Muslim family and to have Muslims staying in your hotel this is very serious! luckily we realised in time!
