Disliked:City View room on two levels. Parquet wooden floor & cannot see edge of high steps & extremely dangerous. How someone hasn’t fallen & fractured themselves is beyond me. Skateboarding at any hour of day front of hotel. Staff say they have tried to do something about it via police & town hall but no luck. Due to this cannot open patio door due to the ‘clack clackerty clack’ noise! Dreadful!
