Comfortable stay near the airport

Liked:This hotel was close to the airport for our morning flight. It was also close to a metro station. The breakfast was good and we had a meal in the cafeteria in the evening which was also good.

Disliked:There wasn’t a lot to do locally to the hotel, but we were there for quick access to the airport so that was ok for us.

Liked:This is a very comfortable hotel with its own airport transfer (5 eur). My room was spacious, bed was big and super comfortable, bathroom had both shower corner and bath tub. Breakfast selection was nice and staff working here is very helpful and competent. Hotel si located in a nice and rather quiet residential area with lots of greenery and enough services in close - walking distance (grocery shop, farmacy, a few restaurants, cafeteria). When flying from or to Madrid airport and looking for some comfort, this is a good choice.

Liked:Undoubtedly, the location is one of the hotel’s advantages. I have known this hotel for 15 years, but I was surprised by some of the changes. On the positive side, there are many streets around the hotel with parking spaces, so it is possible to leave the car outside as long as you don't drive a Lambo...

Disliked:Uncomfortable mattress, paid shuttle (hotel-airport), and no bottle of water in the room. No info on booking app about the pool timetable: 9am-8pm. The shuttle bus now costs €5 per person (hotel-airport), which I find excessive considering that the room price was €200 per night without breakfast. The shuttle also has to be booked by yourself through an app. But fine, you pay the extra amount and go to sleep. And this is where the real disappointment begins: you sink into the mattress. I did not sleep all night. My back and neck were hurting. I'm honestly disappointed. The rooms are clearly showing their age, but as long as everything is clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, it is still acceptable. What is unforgivable is the lack of sleeping comfort. Additional information: there was not even a small bottle of water in the room, and I'm sure we had it always, previously. There is no mention on booking that the pool is closed at 8pm. We arrived at 8:10pm with a hope to refresh after long trip. Well, not this time.
