Our stay was fine.

Liked:Location and cleanliness are the winner pair, the front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Disliked:The room was still very hot even with the A/C on full blast, the mattress was very hard and the long decorative pillow was used instead of individual pillows. We have to change room because the shower was so small.

Excellent location, maybe a bit pricey. Best for people without kids

Liked:Location is great, close to Puerta del Sol you have plenty to enjoy in the area. The room was clean, but very basic, which is a bit difficult when traveling with kids. I would have appreciated having a mini fridge for example.

Disliked:Loud guests, I had to call the receptionist at 6 am after some people had been partying very loudly for more than 2 hours.
