The Generator Madrid terrace will be accessible starting from March 8th, 2024, operating from 1 pm to 12 am. -GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. -AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories. Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Charges may be applicable. -AMENITIES: Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided, guests must bring their own. -PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For advance purchase rates and non refundable rates the payment card used for booking must be presented upon check in. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed on request, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg allowed Please note that check-in {for all room type} is {Calle San Bernardo 2, Madrid} Extra beds are available upon request, for an additional charge of 30 EUR per bed, per night. Please note that extra beds are subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
