Liked:The location was excellent, but the service was terrible. the lady at the reception doesn't even know whether the hotel serves breakfast or not. Disposable tea cups are provided once, with no milk for tea and coffee. Three small water bottles once daily.

Liked:Biggest plus is the closeness to Al Masjid an Nabawi, literally steps way, Staff were helpful, needed more staff at reception though and wish they had area to change into Ihram as check out is mid day.
