New and shiny hotel. Bad hospitality culture

Liked:Triton is a new and fancy hotel in Maafushi and that’s where the attraction ends. The staff are difficult to communicate with. You explain and they nod yes. Then they do the exact opposite of what you just explained. Very bad experience. Tourists beware as all that glitters is not gold

Disliked:Triton hotels does not operate the tours and water sports they market to guests. A full day tour was sold to our group under false advertising and when we got to the middle of the ocean, the real tour operators introduced new fees and extorted us. We had no choice in the middle of the ocean. They keep trying to charge extra at every opportunity

Liked:I loved it alot here it was amazing vacation thanks to the triton hotel ,the staff were smiling all time wich makes me happy and it was clean and neat everything was perfect like I wanted and I had one of best days here
