Liked:Nice hotel nice location nice room but the service Is very disappointing and the hotel Is overpriced. The staff was rude vague and not help full at all. The hotel has 2 places for parking the car in front of It for the check in and Guess what: both parking were occupied by people that had nothing to do with the hotel. We had a dog with relevant luggage i did not want tò walk for 300 meters from the public parking with all of It. At my request nobody even came out tò check. This Is what Is happening tò Places that because of the location are full anyway. They do not give a damn. The manager was not even available for two days....

Great Location and Beautiful Hotel

Liked:This is a lovely boutique hotel on the edges of Old Town, close to the train, shopping, and many French eateries. The rooms are small but well equipped and, in the middle of a heat wave, the air conditioning managed to give us respite in the afternoons. The breakfast buffet is expansive and they will also cook to order (one of our friends even ordered crepes). The small bar (along with Emma, a wonderful bartender), opens at 4 and stays open til around 11 pm. I could stand and watch the old-style elevator for hours as the ballast goes up and the elevator comes down! Please don’t hesitate to choose this as your launching pad to tour Lyon.
