Yes, was in middle of Lucerne, but still felt ripped off. Seems no longer available on Booking.com

Liked:Initial reception was very good, but after that non-existent. Location within Lucerne was excellent, but not so much so the proximity to restaurant kitchen. Room seemed clean intially, then I began to focus on the dust; as for under the bed, (although it was comfortable).

Disliked:Shared toilet detail not obvious at booking and, even if it had been, would not have expected potentially 12 people to one WC. Shared shower was noted, but did not expect that it would be in a space between two rooms, simultaneously accessible from both. Less than the minimum acceptable provision of body/hand wash, etc., for what claimed to be a hotel; more like a hostel.

Nice hotel, great staff!

Liked:Staffs amazing and kind. A bit pricey for the facilities that came along with it.

Disliked:I didn't realize the shower is connected to other rooms, i was scared to take a bath and someone on the other room is able ti open the door

Liked:Lovely family who run the hotel and great location

Disliked:Street noise a bit loud and room hot. But weather sunny and crowds outside enjoying themselves so that's to be expected!
