Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment

Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Important Information

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. Guests must clean the kitchen area and their dishes. A set of cleaning products is available at the reception for an extra fee of EUR 4. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For nonrefundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. In winter, snow tires and / or chains are compulsory. When booking from 7 rooms or more than 15 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes nonrefundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

Worst staffs. They shoudl be trained about customer service.

Don’t recommend for comfort but pool is nice

Liked:The pool was lovely. The best thing about the stay! The staff were very friendly - a big asset to the complex. However I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Disliked:The rooms were cramped and VERY OLD AND DATED. Whilst everything was clean it was rotting. The floors were severely damaged and a tripping hazard, the sliding cupboard doors were barely hanging on and again a hazard to our kids, the kitchen a why bother, the shower just a drizzle, the beds awful, there were no fans and it was so hot! We had a two bed apartment and it was so so tiny. The bed essentially touching the walls, the windows opened up onto a flat roof and the other one on the fire escape which meant we couldn’t open the windows at night as we didn’t feel secure and safe. There was too much random furniture plus no lamps so it was big lights on or no lights - not great for the kids! Overall, it was just awful. Thankfully we just had one night as we would not have coped with two. The apartments are in desperate need of refurbishment. I only gave it a 5/10 because of the wonderful very friendly staff and the pool.

Not worth the money

Liked:The location was good
Disliked:The property is old and not maintained. Absolutely not like the pictures displayed. Had a bad experience with the staff Bathroom is very bad, beds are uncomfortable and it says there a fire alarm but tin was not there.
