nightmare My vacation was ruined.

Liked:I have never experienced such poor customer service and such disrespectful treatment at a hotel. I made my reservation through Booking.com under the clear understanding that payment would be made at the hotel upon arrival. However, the hotel charged my credit card before my arrival, even though this was not the agreed payment arrangement. The transaction was not approved, and instead of contacting me to resolve the issue, the hotel simply cancelled my reservation without any proper notice or explanation. I arrived at the hotel expecting to enjoy a four-night holiday, only to be told at the reception that my reservation had been cancelled. I was left with the impression that I was simply expected to walk out of the hotel and find another place to stay on my own. I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager's first response was to raise her voice and speak to me in an extremely disrespectful and hostile manner. I am Italian-speaking, and I have travelled and stayed in many hotels. I have never experienced such an unacceptable attitude from hotel reception and customer-service staff. The entire experience was characterized by disrespect, indifference, poor communication, and a complete lack of basic customer service. I was also given a room that I had not requested. I explained that I was not satisfied with the room and asked whether it was possible to change it. I was told that I would have to pay an additional fee to change rooms. What was supposed to be a four-night holiday turned into an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I spent the entire stay waiting for it to be over. I also filed a complaint with Booking.com, but unfortunately, I did not feel that my complaint was taken seriously or that the situation was properly addressed. This experience raises serious concerns about the hotel's customer-service standards and the way reservations and payments are handled.

Nice hotel, good location, a little bit expenssive.

Liked:The size of the room is very good, spacious and location is good if tou travel to Como, Lugano, Bellagio.

Disliked:The technology for payments is very old. They demand the physical card at the reception, they don’t accept wallet on phone or digital cards. We were obliged to pay with another card and the first payment is still blocked! So we paid twice and we wait now the bank to pay back (in 10 days). Also, the cleness of the room needs improvement.
