Total serenity for a stay in the jungle!

Liked:Gorgeous property, friendly staff, and amazing rooms! Dining was fun and the team were always relaxed and such a joy to talk to. Bedding linens and mattress were top notch — this is always big for me as a traveler. The Botanic Gardens were an amazing experience next door. Definitely do it guided by their team, it’s an amazing morning with a coffee. Highly recommend the new tree houses that have just been built (if you get the chance to ask). The privacy for couples was great! PS Rita and Henry were awesome 👏

An Unbelievable Treehouse Stay

Liked:We had an unbelievable jungle (complete with atmosphere) treehouse to stay in, king sized bed, walk in rain shower, large soaking tub and it was very quiet and private (remote even). This resort was so wonderful, clean, well kept, and with many amenities. We wish that we had been able to stay another night just to enjoy the spa, the pool, the beach, and the hiking. The onsite restaurant was top notch with a bar and good service.

This place is like a dream!

Liked:This place is like a dream. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and had a perfect amount of time to see all the things we wanted to see. Brittany, at the front desk, a bright light and always has a smile for all the guests. Even at 6 AM! The treehouse rooms are absolutely amazing! I was shocked to find that you could barely hear the jungle noises if you close all the doors at night so no worries about noise or privacy but if you want to hear everything, you can. And it is amazing!! We saw coatimundi, agouti, toucans and even howler monkeys! We did not do all inclusive and I have to admit that the two meals we ate there were not our favorites but the restaurant itself is stunning and they feed the toucans each morning. The beach is wonderful and we took advantage of the tubing and canoes every day. My boys may or may not have jumped from the huge rocks on the other side. (Not something I think the resort would want you to do but they loved it) We also did the night hike and got to see lots of creatures I would not have even known were there! This is a very special place! Highly recommend!
