The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The property can be reached by domestic flight and speedboat transfers, and a shared seaplane. Domestic Flight and Speedboat Transfers: From December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 the charges are as follows: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 350. - Child ( 2–11 years): USD 190 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally. Shared Seaplane Transfers: From December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 the charges are as follows: - Adult (12 years and above): USD 550 per person. - Child ( 2–11 years): USD 300 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally. The transfer takes 35 minutes from Velana International Airport. Return transfer will be arranged on a shared basis along with other guests. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
