Lighthouse Inn

Liked:We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are a decent size, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The ensuite was a good size with a decent sized shower. The whole hotel is clean with several lounge areas that you can sit in. There is a small billiards room. The restaurant had only been open a couple of months and the food was lovely ( they plan to expand their menu over time). They offer a service where, if requested they will let you know if the Aurora comes out. The receptionist who let us know about the Aurora helped to make sure everyone had their phones on the best setting for photos and showed us the best place to stand to get the best pictures.
Disliked:No tea bags in the room

Disliked:Location , 12 km from aeroport, no public transportation, and taxi was very expensive . 75 euros from aeroport to hotel

Nice place to relax upon arrival in Iceland.

Liked:Excellent location, spacious (for Iceland) rooms. Restaurant had excellent food.
Disliked:Booked a room for two, but there was only one chair. (and it was a very uncomfortable chair!)
