Liked:The breakfast was good, although the selection remained the same each day and could benefit from a bit more variety. The location was excellent, with several coffee shops and a pizza restaurant conveniently located downstairs. I also appreciated the restaurant on-site, which had a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked:Unfortunately, I found the room décor and overall condition to be quite dated, especially considering the price charged. Compared to other hotels in the same area that offer lower rates than the Royal Grand Hotel, I expected a more modern and comfortable experience. Upon arrival, I was disappointed enough to consider checking out the same day. However, after a long and tiring flight, I decided to stay. I also experienced several maintenance and service issues during my stay. There was a problem with the bathroom that took two days to resolve, which was inconvenient. In addition, the television channels never worked properly. On my first day, I was informed that someone would come to fix the issue, but no one ever arrived. Eventually, I gave up on reporting it and relied on my laptop and tablet for entertainment instead. Another concern was the hot water system. Hot water was not available immediately, and it often required a lengthy wait before it became usable. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

Liked:The staff were kind and the room was neatly cleaned. A restaurant on the fourth floor offers decent dishes at reasonable prices.

Disliked:The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00, but it wasn't ready at all when I showed up at 07:00. In addition to that, frankly speaking, the variety of breakfast could be much better for a 5 star hotel.
