Liked:Nice interior in the rooms, comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.

Disliked:We have been woke up at 5:00 AM by noisy staff getting up to work in canteen, I assume. All noise from corridors are getting to rooms. Strange smell in the corridors and bathroom.

Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel

Liked:The hotel itself is not unattractive, especially the lobby and common reception area. The younger reception staff were also very courteous and pleasant. Folgarida can be slightly inconvenient as a base for exploring some of the main attractions in Val di Sole, for which staying further down the valley may be more practical, but it does have the advantage of being close to Madonna di Campiglio.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room was extremely hot and had no air conditioning; when we complained, we were surprisingly told that “nobody in the area has air conditioning”... well, we had different experiences in the many years we have spent visiting Val di Sole. The only solution offered was a fan (in a 4*, in 2026, at that price). More seriously, the room did not seem to correspond to our booking: it looked like a small double room adapted into a triple, with furniture moved around and an improvised third bed, making it extremely cramped, especially as we were travelling with dogs. Our concerns were simply dismissed, with reception insisting that the room was a triple superior (!!!) of over 20 m², which was simply not credible based on the room we were given. At that point, frustrated by the response, we decided not to argue further and simply make the best of our stay. The hotel also has several practical inconveniences that are difficult to reconcile with its category: narrow spaces and corridors, very slow lifts and an awkward, cramped parking area. At breakfast, as B&B guests, we also felt somewhat like second-class guests, consistently forced to be seated at the back even when most tables by the windows were empty. Finally, despite having raised these issues during our stay, at check-out there was no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever. Instead, we were simply presented with the full list of extras to pay. We were not expecting anything to which we were not entitled, but after such an uncomfortable stay, even a small gesture or acknowledgement would have been appreciated. We regularly visit Trentino and usually stay in 4-star hotels or superior, so we have plenty of comparable experiences in the region. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing by far, and we will not stay with this hotel chain again.

Liked:The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, balcony with mountain view.

Disliked:Lot of small details - no furniture at the balcony, could not turn off the lights at the balcony, no AC, wellness center closed at the summer, 10 euro per day per parking.
