Clean cosy place to stay

Liked:Very clean spacious room, a choice of eating and coffee places, a convenience store, a shuttle bus from/to the airport. Comfortable bed, very clean bed linen and towels, bidet

Disliked:Some small fixes needed in the unit - rain shower head, a curtain to prevent slippery bathroom, unusable power outlet. Otherwise, very good value for the money

Not worth it - don’t book

Liked:Please do NOT book this hotel. I booked this hotel for a layover to rest until my flight and I was not allowed to check in unless I paid extra even though this wasn’t disclosed on the booking.com site. I tried to speak with the front desk and they refused. Not only was I not allowed to check in - they then refused to refund me my money. They said that although they had rooms available - I would have to pay an extra fee to check in. Most hotels are gracious enough to let you check in as a gesture of customer service. They pointed me to a luggage storage area to wait for 5 hours with others who have also not been allowed to check in without paying extra. I decided to wait until literally 2pm hoping they’d grant me the room without the extra fee - and you guessed it - they still wanted the early check in fee. At that point -I chose to go back to the airport because paying an extra check in fee on top of the one night rate I’d already paid seemed like a poor choice especially when I had to leave for the airport at 4pm to catch my flight (I’d barely have time to shower and get ready to head back out again). I ran into another guest who said they charged him PER HOUR because he asked for a one hour late check out AND they also charged him for MILK to add to his coffee. Golden Tulip is a global brand but the one in Incheon is run like a brothel (hourly rates). I’m headed back to the airport now and never got to use the room and lost my money. Please do NOT book this hotel and take your money elsewhere. I will be sure to leave this review everywhere I can because it’s unbelievable.

A shake down + poor service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! This was my third time staying here, and it never disappoints.

Liked:📍 Excellent location—just minutes from the airport and Unseo Station. 🛏️ Clean, spacious rooms with all the basic necessities you need. 🚿 Bathroom comes with a bidet for added comfort. 🗣️ Friendly, English-speaking staff who are easy to communicate with. ☕ Complimentary coffee upon check-in with the voucher provided. 🛗 Elevators available, making it convenient even with luggage. 🔒 Safe and comfortable, especially for solo travelers. I can confidently recommend this hotel to family, friends, and fellow solo travelers. I’ll definitely be back!
