⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel with exceptional service!

Liked:Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu provided a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers everything needed for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Apsara, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Her warm hospitality and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Kathmandu!

Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay

Liked:Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was generally good. I would especially like to commend Nabin from the café, who provided excellent service and even remembered my favorite foods after only a few days of my stay, which made me feel very welcomed. However, there were some areas for improvement. I requested toothpaste and was informed that it would be sent to my room, but it was not delivered until my friend followed up with another call. Additionally, my friend was promised a room change in the morning, but when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the arrangement had not been made. We were later informed that no rooms were available. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the hospitality shown by the hotel staff.
