Liked:The room is spacious.

Disliked:The hotel is far away from Amsterdam. We were given a room with windows that clacking against the window frame all night long, impossible to sleep. The soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. The water from the bathroom was leaking out onto the bedroom. We informed the staff at the desk, who answered "mmhkay"; and didn’t do anything. Cleaning services are only available if you stay more than six nights (a joke).

Disliked:It’s on the 10th floor and there is not fresh air, the room and the corridor was dusty. The wardrobe is very tiny.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside. You’ll find all our rooms on the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors, with elevator access only.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
