Excellent service and a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Liked:Our few days at the Renaissance Hotel Hoi An were brilliant. We really loved the chance to have a break from the hustle and bustle of Vietnam during our travels across the country, and enter into the serene environment of the hotel. The pool area was huge, clean and quiet and felt like a romantic break during our trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with us getting an upgrade to an Ocean View room courtesy of our Bonvoy Gold status as well as extra amenities such as coconuts to drink, and fruit in the room, as well as a delicious dragonfruit juice drink every time we entered the lobby. I’d like to give a special thanks to Hiep, the bell boy when we arrived, who remembered us by name throughout our stay and was super helpful. Hiep spoke really good English and took his time to engage with us on a personal level, connecting with us about our home towns as well as his own, and giving us tips for the rest of our trip both in Hoi An and further down the line. One of the best experiences I have had with a member of a team at not just a Bonvoy property but any hotel at all. Thank you for a brilliant stay to all the team and the Renaissance Hoi An.

We are Muslim that only eat halal food and they catered for our needs . Very sweet and respectful ❤️

Liked:Thanh Thao and Uy are absolutely amazing. Chef Chau and chef Thuc accomodated for all halaal requirements . They were very helpful and accommodating at the food studio . I would give them 10 stars if I could

Above and beyond service and kindness!!

Liked:My stay at Renaissance was amazing! The service by all the staff at the food studio was honestly outstanding! They went above and beyond to assist with every single need and ensure that we have every assurance with halal catering. We especially received exceptional service from Chef Chau and Chef Thuc, Thanh Thao and Uy. They are the most respectful and helpful people. Would come back especially for their service! :)
