Needed latitude/longitude coordinates for room

Liked:The map of the hotel campus given out at the reception desk is useless. We spent 20 minutes searching out our room, only to eventually discover that it was not what I had requested and paid for through hotels com. I don't know how guests find their rooms after dark. We were moved to a room that looked nothing like the glorious photos shown online. But the hotel receptionist was helpful in moving us to a proper room.
