Beware— horrible experience.

Liked:Do not stay here. Especially if you have booked using Expedia or any other website. They refuse to modify any reservation (even when asked to shorten the stay at check in and well within the 24 hour notice period). They are absolutely unaccommodating. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I had to go buy air freshener. People were smoking well within the 25 foot perimeter. Horrible horrible experience.

Outstanding Service at My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian...and Love for Our Pets Too! 🐾

Liked:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been staying at My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian for the past two weeks during our move from Maryland to Idaho, and it has truly been a wonderful home away from home. Moving across the country can be stressful, but the staff here has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for an extended stay. We especially appreciate the thoughtful room layout and the kitchenette, which has been very helpful while we're getting settled into our new community. One thing we especially appreciate is that My Place Hotel welcomes pets. Traveling with our dogs could have been challenging, but they made us feel comfortable and welcome from day one. The Boise/Meridian location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything we've needed while getting established in Idaho. We highly recommend My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian to anyone relocating, traveling with pets, or simply looking for a comfortable extended stay. We are especially grateful to the staff for helping make our transition to Idaho such a positive experience.
