Could Improve
The cleanliness was unacceptable with rooms not fully arranged and trash not taken out during the stay.
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, impacting the service experience negatively.
Excellent downtown location, very close to meetings and transportation.
Very good room quality, well decorated and comfortable.
Amenities like the gym and pool were adequate but towels needed replacement.
Considering the service issues, the value for money was below expectations.
Breakfast quality was poor with inadequate replenishment of food items.
Overall experience was disappointing due to service and cleanliness issues despite good location and room quality.
