Convenient for a short stay in transit

Liked:It’s ease of access, had everything we needed for an overnight stopover. Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking - loving shopping centre 5 mins walk away for any forgotten essentials

Customer service was very poor, very very disappointed!

Disliked:Customer service was very poor, After cleaning they kept room door opened as we had a lot stuff in the room, when we came late night and see, Immediately went for complaint girl who was working as a duty manager at night said I am not actually work here let it know to manager, Then next day again went for complaint to manager so it won’t happen again, Duty manager Sukhman singh replied I have a breakfast coupon for you guys, So disappointed he even didn’t bother to say sorry this happened to you. After complaint they never gave us cleaning service as we were there for 5 nights even we left room before 10 with service note as per the policy. Cleaning was disgusting as well, I have few pictures which I took after cleaning.
