Great Hotel

The hotel feels more like a good 3-star hotel

Liked:The hotel is quite large and has a very pleasant atmosphere. We especially liked the comfortable sofas and lounge area in the main hall, which made the space feel cosy and welcoming. The yard is spacious and well maintained, there is also parking there if you're travelling by car. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The room was clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. However, in my opinion, the hotel feels more like a good 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one.

Disliked:Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. We had a problem with the sink in the room, and although I informed the reception and was told that someone would come to fix it, no one ever came. Some of the single-use amenities were also missing. Since we were staying as two guests, it was strange that several items were provided only for one person. Another major issue was the incorrect address sent in the Booking welcome message. It was raining heavily outside, and because of the wrong address, we had to walk around for an extra 10 minutes in the rain, which created a very unpleasant first impression and experience.

Uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Liked:Well located, ample parking, good restaurant.

Disliked:No air conditioning. Absolutely horrendous to be in a so called “four stars hotel” without air conditioning control. That just did it for me. Even in Super 8 Motel you can turn the air conditioning on in the middle of winter. Now is the middle of Spring with temperatures of up to 24 C and only heating. Not acceptable!
