The location and price are awesome, but the rooms and housekeeping under par.

Liked:It was very reasonably priced and was in an excellent location, and breakfast was ok.

Disliked:The rooms (we had a suite) were not very clean, and window dressings dirty and broken. And housekeeping was not very good. We had to go back to the main desk multiple times to have basic items (e.g., body wash, shampoo, etc.) delivered to the room, and some of the towels were significantly frayed.

Great location and value

Liked:Great location. Located next to the hot springs. Had a pool and jacuzzi, pickleball courts, a place to barbecue, a small playground, bike shop was across the street. We took our bikes on the bus to Aspen and biked to Glenwood Springs. If I did it again I would bike Aspen to Carbondale and take the bike on the bus back to Glenwood since the last part of the ride was very hot with little shade and near the road. We walked across the bridge to town for dinners. We hiked Hanging Lake before driving home in the morning.

Liked:The staff was great! The breakfast was great! The atmosphere was great!. The beds in#163 were a little rough. Two days of backaches. ... We made it through and it was a great stay. Only wish someone would've had the fire pits on, up on the hill.....we spent a lot of time there. We will stay again!

Great, fun and nice stay!

Liked:The breakfast was delicious! There was a variety of food which made it nice. The fun activities for kids, pickleball, pool, volleyball, corn hole, playground, frisbee golf was such a blast for my children. So convenient. Very nice facility and overall great stay!

Disliked:The dining area a little bigger for seating during breakfast.
