Cutest Little Cabana

Liked:The cutest little cabana cabin. Had everything we needed for a quick pit stop and refresh. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will be back.
Disliked:We were sent a link to help find the cabana and unfortunately due to lack of signal I couldn't make this work. Likewise with the site map I was emailed. (I should have downloaded this before travelling). We popped into the hall, joined the WiFi and the link worked!

Not enough hope water in Cabana

Liked:Great location, lovely surroundings
Disliked:We stayed at the Cabana, which was beautiful and very clean. However, our main concern was the shower and the lack of hot water in general. Hot water only lasted about a minute before turning cold. As a family of four, we barely managed to wash our two children before the hot water ran out completely. This needs to be fixed urgently.

This should not be graded a 4* Hotel. 3* would be generous.

Liked:not a lot. couldn't wait to leave. most staff very pleasant and helpful. Pleasant location despite all the cabins and caravans crammed onto the site.
Disliked:room and hotel generally drab, duvet too big and heavy providing more heat than needed. bath and shower not easy to use. no heating first night in the evening when it was needed. generally hotel looked tired and shabby in many places. the front door was locked too early in the evening. Evening meal was expensive, very small portions and very middling quality. Poor value.
