Liked:I stayed at this hotel during my holiday, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. On the first day, I planned my holiday activities through a company that rented vehicles, but I was scammed and lost money. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff and asked for assistance, I did not receive the support I expected. One staff member was particularly rude and appeared to be swearing at me in their language. As I only speak English, I tried using a translation app to communicate, but they refused to talk through it and would not provide clear information or assistance. This situation had a significant negative impact on my holiday and affected my stay at the hotel. Throughout my stay, I found several staff members to be unhelpful and rude. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and beautiful, which I appreciated. However, the poor customer service overshadowed these positive aspects. Because of my experience with the staff and the lack of support when I needed help, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The view is amazing, but we didn’t feel comfortable around staff members.

Liked:The view is amazing.

Disliked:We didn’t feel welcome at the hotel. Next to this, we stayed for two nights and we woke up three times in the middle of the night because of someone of the staff was screaming something in Italian in a speaker that could have woken the entire hotel. The breakfast is also very limited.

Liked:This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything here is impeccable, but the main highlight is the view from the window, balcony or terrace. It was clean and had everything I needed. The mini-bar with drinks in the room fridge was very helpful.

Disliked:These are not really drawbacks, but some things may be slightly inconvenient: payment is preferably made in cash. Breakfast is included in the room price, but coffee is charged separately and paid for at check-out. The breakfast itself is typical and rather average, with a limited choice.
