Unfortunately unable to stay it’s not same with the property description

Disliked:We are requesting a full refund because we were unable to stay at the property. The property did not match the photos and description provided in the booking listing. Upon arrival, we found that no towels or toilet paper were provided, and the accommodation was very dirty and not properly maintained. These conditions were unacceptable and did not meet the standards advertised in the listing. As the property was misrepresented and lacked basic amenities, we believe a full refund is fully justified. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution as soon as possible.

Great stay, thank you.

Liked:The room had some problems with plumbing but they were quickly addressed by the staff. The cleanliness of the room could be a bit better, occasional deep cleaning such as under the beds. It would be nice to have more pillow options as the only 4 provided are too tall and hurt the neck but over all everything is very well and reasonable prices.

Disliked:Lots of outside construction sounds and local roosters too loud early in the morning. Pillow is too tall for comfort.
