Totally Disappointed!!

Liked:VERY DISAPPOINTED! When we checked in the lady had us on the 2nd floor and then stayed the elevator is out. She then moved us to a room on 1st floor. The room is dirty, WE FINALLY GOT 1 channel on TV to work, tried hooking up to internet, no go! I called front desk and was told she was busy and put me on hold. I finally walk down there and once I got to lobby the internet worked. Back in room it was on and off. The beds fell like they are 20 years old. II AM a best western rewards member and have enjoyed them for years. I have stayed at this one before, but tonight is totally disgusting. If we weren’t so tired we would definitely try to find other accommodations!

We won’t stay here again & would not recommend.

Liked:Nothing, property is very dark, dank & smelly. We should have gotten our money back & stayed elsewhere.

Disliked:Property needs a good cleaning, new paint, bathrooms remodeled, hole property is old & worn.

Liked:I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Johanna, who works in the kitchen and dining area, was wonderful and so helpful. She helped me make my waffles. Great job Johanna!! Thank you so much. The beds were very, very comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms were a nice size. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was easily accessible, right off the interstate.
