Relaxing & joyful vacation at a reasonable price

Liked:The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Matteo & Abdo at the reception, Katya & Jaziraa from the animation group, Mahmoud at the restaurant (drinks section), Ahmed (the cleaning guy), and two guys that I don’t remember their names from the pool bar… The food was delicious. Everybody can find something to eat for their taste. Tepenyaki & Seafood restaurants were very good. Everywhere was clean, especially our room.

Disliked:Internet connection is not powerful. Frequent and repeating interruptions happen. And more up-to-date music can be played by the pool side.

Osama Did It Again – The Heart of Charmillion! ❤️

Liked:This was our third stay at Charmillion Sea Life, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. Coming back for the third time already says a lot about how much we enjoy this hotel. The cleanliness, food, atmosphere, and overall quality of service are among the reasons why we keep returning. But for us, there is one person who truly makes this hotel special: Osama! Just like during our previous visits, Osama was literally everywhere, at every moment. 😊 Sometimes you don't even need to ask for something — before you know it, he has already taken care of it. From the smallest details to anything important, he always finds a solution with a smile. You can genuinely feel that he doesn't simply do his job; he truly cares about making sure the guests have a great holiday. Good service at a hotel is always appreciated, but Osama's hospitality has become part of the Charmillion Sea Life experience for us. The fact that he remembers us, his sincerity, his incredible attention, and the way he is always ready to help make a huge difference. After three visits, we can honestly say that Osama is one of the main reasons this hotel feels so special to us — and one of the reasons we are already planning to come back again next year! ❤️ Once again, Osama was simply outstanding. A massive thank you to him! This year, we would also especially like to thank Mr. Rabia, the Reception Manager, for his professional, kind, and attentive approach. He was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Salah at reception was also fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. And another special thank you goes to Yassin at the pool bar! His positive energy, friendly attitude, and great personality made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. People like him really add something special to the atmosphere of the hotel. After our third wonderful stay, we are once again leaving Charmillion Sea Life extremely happy with our holiday.

Disliked:The only small point we would mention is that the evening entertainment could be a little more varied and engaging. It was still enjoyable, but with a bit more variety and energy, the overall experience could be even better.
