Completely neglected an elderly disabled man!

Liked:This motel should be ashamed for how they treated that elderly deaf disabled man! Showers backed up and flooded his apartment which ruined all of his personal belongings and items for his cats. The audacity of the dismissive staff to drag their feet to get him towels or take care of it. The audacity to only offer a refund when multiple multiple items were ruined at their fault. And then to say they have no rooms left to accomadate him on top of it, well good! It is in the best interest of this motel to reach out to that woman helping that poor man - before things get legally nasty!

This is the only place on our vacation that we would not consider when in the area. Did not feel safe, run down.

Disliked:The 2 remotes didn’t work, floor was very dirty and warped, bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable.
