Liked:Spotless bathroom with good shower and recesses in wall for putting toiletries in, comfortable bed, aircon, breakfast to room presented well, friendly staff. Short walk into the centre.

Disliked:Didn't realise breakfast was just pre-order to room, but good choice and was well presented and on time requested.

Liked:Th room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We slept really well for the most part.

Disliked:The shower needs upgrading and the shower floor was a bit dangerous as there was no anti-slip. The tv only worked intermittently. We heard someone walking about above us at 5 in the morning due to creaky floors but it didn’t disturb us too much.

Friendly staff with nice touches

Liked:Excellent room and some nice touches. Bed was good quality,shower was spacious, tv was set up for all kinds of Internet channels,staff were extremely friendly especially the Latvian lady. Delivering breakfast to the room was a really nice touch. Quite close to 2 great places for a drink the ostrich and the bumble inn.

Disliked:The soap dispenser needs changing and maybe a shelf in the shower to put your shower gel and shampoo in when taking a shower. I would suggest a few more coat hangars as well. Just a personal preference but i would like orange juice instead of tropical juice for breakfast and I think crumpets would be a nice little touch.
