Comfortble but housekeeping was horrible and needs to clean rooms better disappointed

Liked:Breakfast and front desk was under standing but she said that someone would be up to talk about housekeeping she did what she could

Disliked:I was very disappointed did the trash wasn’t taken out from the State before us underneath the kitchen sink. It smells bad and we couldn’t figure what the smell was until we started cleaning. Housekeeping came in to clean. They did not clean. Nothing. All they did was make the bed one day. We didn’t even have toilet paper. We had to call and have some brought up. I paid almost $1000. And trash wasn’t even taken out. I had to go to front desk and ask for trash bag to throw the trash out. I brought it up to front desk and they said someone would come up to talk to us. Never heard from anybody.

Over all it’s a great place to stay.

Liked:Clean and easy access to restaurants.

Disliked:The hot tub gate had a chained lock on it. We saw several people trying to get in it but couldn’t. We finally had to ask the front desk why it was locked and they said it wasn’t supposed to be and removed the lock so we could access the hot tub.
