It is ok for this price.

Liked:This is my first time in Kauai, I explored north, source and west of the island. Living at east (ISO hotel) is convenient. Walking distance to few restaurants, and super markets. I like the big yard where you can sit outside and enjoy the wind from the sea. Luckily I requested the room in the first floor.

Disliked:Very small room, the seats are not that comfortable, so if you don’t like sitting on the bed, your best choice is to go outside, sit on the public couch.

we really enjoyed location and very late check out.

Liked:Since our flight was not until 9pm, We did very late check out. So we stayed until 5pm. That was super helpful. I also liked morning yoga class in front of ocean view.

Disliked:breakfast was not breakfast. Just package stuff. I prefer you dont say you offer free breakfast. So we wont expect it. One of the worst " free breakfast ' i have ever seen.

We loved staying here, it was so close to a lot of things and not too far of a drive to attractions.

Liked:Loved the area, in the middle of most things. A lot to eat around. And loved the pool area!!!

Very disappointing, way overpriced. To be avoided

Liked:The view from the room was beautiful, especially from the terrace, where we had our breakfast every day, as the breakfast room was too small and crowded.

Disliked:The hotel is very basic. The pool needs repainting, there is no pool bar or anywhere else to get a poolside drink or snack, there is no coffee nor tea in the breakfast room, the "grab and go"breakfast was limited and the same every day, the beach is very narrow and the rough sea not very inviting. The restaurant was closed, and due to re-open in 2025 (I was there in May 2026 and it didn't seem anywhere near being about to open. In fact there was nobody working on it the 5 days I was there).The fair-haired receptionist was not pleasant, though all other staff were always pleasant and helpful. Very expensive for this very limited hotel at Booking.com price. Moreover, they charged me approximately US$450 when I had to add one night to my stay! Though it's normal to pay more for last minute bookings, I felt totally gouged!
