Cleanliness1.0

Multiple mentions of good cleanliness and availability of towels and toiletries; reviewers repeatedly note a clean, well-kept apartment.

Service1.0

Host described as very friendly and responsive via chat, quick to help and even provide a phone number; check-in is remote but communication is good.

Location1.0

Location is outside central Paris (zone 3) with a 10–15 min walk to the metro and some reviews note streetworks and tricky short access that complicated arrival — this impacts location convenience.

Room Quality1.0

Apartment generally well furnished and functional with a nice bathroom, but a non-working bathroom heater and small storage limitations were reported and slightly reduced comfort.

Amenities1.0

Good amenities noted (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fast Wi‑Fi, on-site parking), making stays convenient for guests.

Value for Money1.0

Several reviewers explicitly praised the price-performance ratio and recommended the apartment as good value.

Food and Beverage1.0

Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.

Overall Experience1.0

Overall comments are positive about comfort, cleanliness and host responsiveness, but accessibility (distance/works) and the minor room issue (heater) balance the positives to a neutral overall score.
